Simple management of certificates, built in certificate authority, ability to integrate with our security solution to risk check devices as they connect to our network. We were able to completely move away from our on-premises infrastructure for RADIUS and use SecureW2 in the cloud.
Once it's been configured, it works as expected and the support is really good and knowledgeable.
Simplicity of setup and the exceptional support and integration team.
Administration can be a bit tricky when first using the platform. Does require an on-premises server to communicate back to SecureW2. SSO integration works, but will not allow a straight through login process, it requires a secondary code after providing MFA via a third party.
The administration portal seems a little outdated and could use a refresh
This product doesn't have anything to complain about. This is a very specific product that either works or doesn't work. Coming from the on-premises Microsoft server solutions, this product was far simpler to set up and utilize.

Very good RADIUS solution with excellent support
Straightforward solution for RADIUS device authentication. Works well with Windows and macOS devices and pretty easy to configure with most MDM platforms such as Intune, JAMF, or Kandji. Support is fantastic and can assist with all setup inquiries and/or issues.
