We moved to Digicert a couple of years ago, and the experience has been great. From the purchase process to the customizations available, deployment options, and ease of support, it is a far superior experience to our previous vendor. I especially appreciate the ease of certificate creation and deployment, with the download options saving me time by offering so many formats. While I have only needed support once, it was a simple enough process of saying what was wrong, getting directed to the right agent, and they solved the issue in under 5 minutes.

It times out constantly. Usually when I first log in it asks for my credentials, authenticates me and sends a code to my email that expires in 5 minutes. As soon as I get the code I input the number and it times out even though it was less than 2 minutes. . I authenticate again and it sends me another code and it will usually accept it. I can be in the middle of getting a cert, click on request and it times out and I have to start all over again. this is all my co-workers too. Sometimes it times out as soon as I click on request and I assume that the request doesn't exist but it creates the request and than times out.
