What we like most about the product is its centralized visibility and automation of certificate management. It provides a single, clear view of all certificates across environments, significantly reducing the risk of unexpected expirations outages. Automated issuance, renewal and reporting improve operational confidence. Overall, it simplifies a traditionally complex process, strengthens security and reliability, and with minimal ongoing overhead. Highlights are: The tabulated certificate list DNS management Enrollment form
The interface is intuitive Certificate issuance is easy The product is very adaptable and can be customised as required
what i like most is the combination of centralized lifecycle management, strong automation options (ACME/SCEP) and solid visibility. Instead of chasing expiring Certificate in email and Excel, we now have one place to see what's deployed, when it expires, and where we can automate renewals.
What we dislike most is that some aspects of the product can feel complex and less intuitive, especially during initial setup and configuration. Certain workflows and settings require a deeper understanding of certificate management concepts, which can increase the learning curve for new users. Reporting and customization options could also be more flexible, and troubleshooting sometimes requires vendor support rather than just being fully self-service. While these issues are manageable, improving usability and simplifying configuration would make the overall experience more efficient Example: The email notification doesn't have a direct link to reach the expected location for which we got the cert notification.
Sometimes there are issues with the approvals of certificates which get stuck Should be able to duplicate the interface on multiple tabs to be able to switch between sections Logout timer is too quick
The UI feels dated and click heavy, the onboarding and documentation assumes a fair bit of PKI knowledge, and it's not very friendly to non-security teams without internal ratings.
