How simple it makes the onboarding process for users, Employers and guests can connect to secure Wi-Fi with minimum IT involvement which saves a lot of support time, the certificate-based authentication also provides a strong layer of security compared to traditional password-based methods.
Simple management of certificates, built in certificate authority, ability to integrate with our security solution to risk check devices as they connect to our network. We were able to completely move away from our on-premises infrastructure for RADIUS and use SecureW2 in the cloud.
Once it's been configured, it works as expected and the support is really good and knowledgeable.
The initial setup can be a bit complex and requires careful planning to get the policy integration right, the admin interface could also be more intuitive in some areas especially for first time users. Pricing may feel high for smaller organizations, though the added security often makes it worthwhile.
Administration can be a bit tricky when first using the platform. Does require an on-premises server to communicate back to SecureW2. SSO integration works, but will not allow a straight through login process, it requires a secondary code after providing MFA via a third party.
The administration portal seems a little outdated and could use a refresh

Straightforward solution for RADIUS device authentication. Works well with Windows and macOS devices and pretty easy to configure with most MDM platforms such as Intune, JAMF, or Kandji. Support is fantastic and can assist with all setup inquiries and/or issues.
