We rolled out SAP Joule across our SAP S/4HANA environment roughly a year ago and the overall experience has been positive. The natural language interface genuinely reduces the time our team spends navigating complex SAP workflows. There have been some growing pains around integration and the AI responses occasionally require refinement, but the direction of the product is clearly strong and SAP has been responsive with updates.
