Installation and upgrades are very easy. The administration is pretty straight forward. The vendor is investing in the product and providing new features/enhancements. Support is good. It seems like their engineering and support teams are fairly small so it's easier to build a relationship with them.

Minimize IT Security compliance violations can be achieved with ease using JSCAPE MFT. Solves many IT issues which requires manual file transfers and synchronizations, These can be overcome by automating the manual workload in a secure space. Saves time for IT department using JSCAPE and they can focus on other priority things
Sometimes the documention is lacking. I wish they would provide more information or explanation with their documentation. Their YouTube videos were nice but sadly they discontinued them.
1. The initial setup and configuration was tedious. 2. The lack of proper documentation has led to confusion among users to while exploring new features. 3. Support and services can be assisted over call or chat rather than providing documentation.
Support for the end users should be increased. New features should be made available soon. Usage cost can be reduced by comparing with competitors.
