The pivot to Justworks PEO was seamless. The CSMs were hands-on and guided us expertly through the process. They have been great so far with all our needs and have made minimal errors. In the one case of an error, they were very quick to resolve and take accountability.

The transition was smooth since we were already on a PEO model and the shift was not too disruptive to our employees. What did not go so well are the expense management platforms. JustWorks is unable to automatically import credit card transactions. The expense reporting feature for reimbursements to employees is extremely basic and lacking considering we have to pay extra for this feature.
