Excellent partnership and collaborative approach with customers during implementation. It is very rare to find a skilled and capable solution provider as Kallik during implmentations. Kallik is very open and honest in their approach when meeting the customers.

I truly cover the life cycle of labeling. It is helpful that label data can be stored in one place especially if your PLM system don't store many of the label element. Ease of integration with ERP system,

It is easy to use and we can find our completed artwork quickly.

The manufacturing print module is the least mature part of the product. It is fully functional but it do require relatively big efforts to be operational - looking forward for the promised upcoming enhancement in the next releases.

The label design function need to be more robust. What they have work but there is room for improvement.

Each user may have a different role and see different screens, so it may be a little difficult to explain a role to a new user if we cannot see what their screen prompts them to do.

The application have some great functionality and easy to use when well configured. The application is very configurable to business need. The kallik team is always working on improving the application and making it more user friendly. They are always soliciting feedback from there customer to improve the application.

It has allowed us to review and store our artwork in a timely manner. Customer service is rarely needed, but when it is, the service is prompt and effective.
