I appreciate that the platform easily generates reports automatically, with alert levels set for each chart. Data is also available daily, 24/7. I also really like the app, which allows me to monitor data personally from my mobile device. Furthermore, I appreciate the training program for developing my skills in analyzing data captured by the sensors.
KCF collects data around the clock. KCF has trends that I can review up to a year. KCF alerts me via email when a warning or alarm limit has been met.
Constant monitoring of our essential asses to look out for any deviation from normal operation.
One weakness is that site review meetings are only held every two weeks. The sensor batteries have a short lifespan. Since site supervisors work rotating shifts, they don't always connect to the meeting. One option would be to send a message via phone to confirm their connection to the KCF meeting.
Constant changes in the software. KCF adds things that are designed more for the top company personnel vs the actual user of the product.
We can not control the V3 and Base station(BS) communication, so the v3 connect to which ever BS gets the signal first and can not control how many of them connect to each BS
