Keeper is the best password/credential management product that I have ever used, and it blows the competition out of the water, no questions asked. Their support is great, their pricing is even better, and you just can't beat it. They also have a vast array of security certifications (SOC2, GDPR, FedRAMP High Auth, GovRAMP High Auth, HIPPA ect) - beating out every single competitor in the field

We were early adopters of a new product, and the fixes and changes were being released very quickly. Many times we had to be put into the beta branch to try to resolve basic functional issues. What worked last week no longer works today and the process has totally changed. This caused our implementation to drag out to well over 6 months. The product is finally in a stable place, and we have moved to production.

KeeperPAM Likes & Dislikes

Their security architecture is ALL zero-trust - which means that I don't have to worry about a breach compromising my credentials if it did for some reason happen. LastPass is a prime example of why Keeper is a superior product. Also - they have unbeatable pricing - everyone can afford this service.

We spent hours working with support many times. Support and developers worked to resolve the issues that we were having. At no time was support unwilling to help or unfriendly in what was a very frustrating experience. In the end we got to a good place and are looking forward to future improvements.

The granularity on the backend can be a bit much to get used to. They could improve the Admin experience a bit.

Changes in the product without notification. The rate of change to the product. Not yet supporting gateway redundancy.

Report customization can take time and may require professional services for complex dashboards Licensing structure can be difficult to forecast if you scale quickly or add modules UI/UX complexity for less technical admins

The vendor delivered a mature PAM platform with strong core security controls, reliable uptime and a smooth rollout. Implementation milestones were met on time, support was responsive, and the products have improved audit readiness and access governance. The only friction points were some UI complexity and reporting customization efforts.
