Ketch

From the initial demo to planning to go-live -- it was clear that we were in good hands and their product satisfied our needs. We had a laughably-short timeline and the Ketch team made it happen.

Working with Ketch has been great. When reviewing consent management tools, we wanted to ensure we went with a solution that could scale with us on our privacy journey. We were able to get started at a reasonable price with the understanding that we could expand to other features when ready.

Great experience with clear and easy navigation and it was pretty straight forward to implement in our existing web applications. The platform generally worked well. I appreciate the ongoing improvements and hope to see further refinements in these areas.

Ketch has adapted well to our use case and the complexity of running multiple sites in a B2C and B2B2C env. We were able to adapt the experiences and tailor it for the properties we needed, and it was easy for our development team to integrate. We felt that Ketch was more modern and more developer friendly than many of the alternatives we looked at, had good documentation, helpful support, and easy to implement and use. The licensing model (counting of users) and pricing was also more friendly to our business than alternatives we considered.

Overall a positive experience. While the team was still gaining familiarity with the Canadian regulatory landscape, which resulted in a few minor hiccups during implementation, they remained consistently responsive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented throughout the deployment. Ketch played an active role in ensuring that our CMS framework was properly configured and compliant with Canadian jurisdictional requirements. Their willingness to engage deeply, clarify uncertainties, and adjust their approach as needed made for a seamless onboarding process.
