many intergeations. easy to use interface.

Flexibility to be installed on-prem or consumed as a SaaS solution. Visibility into the complete certificate lifecycle, and the integrations and automations available out of the box.

I like the automated emails it sends and how it can load certs automatically to the systems I need my certs on

one needs very good planning of the product when updating it. would be great if we can get automatic recommendations on most usely common ports for ssl scanning. also more customizable main portal.

The SSO integration might need some rework to broaden its compatibility.

I think it can be more scalable. I have seen it issue certs to wrong systems sometimes I think its a bit expensive
