I like the clean and user-friendly interface. Navigation is simple, and it's easy to create and manage volunteering activities. the workflow is logical, which makees testing and user actions clear and predictable.
I think what we enjoy most about the platform is how easy it is to use, the CSR management interface, and the transparency it has for donors.
The software can be slow if we have a lot of data on it. Sometimes we get an error message with the description of the issue but honestly it is not a big deal.
I think the error messages could be more detailed and helpful. In some areas, perfomance can be slightly slow when loading larger datasets. Improving these aspects would make the platform even better.
Sometimes when we get large data files in there the platform lags a little bit. Also seems to be a little bit of limitations when it comes to integrations.
