I appreciate the customizability of fields and reports, the ability to alter permissions on who can see what research, and the ability to subscribe to alerts per competitor.
The only highlight of the engagement has been working with their responsive and proactive Customer Success team.

If the fields provided aren't what's needed users are required to manually update the fields. Using these fields in a template requires manual information injection for every competitor added to the system using this template.
Their smart traits for financial information are pulled from a single-source (Crunchbase) and are inaccurate and state undisclosed funding in X rounds (a simple google search highlights the funding), pulling in information from LI posts from people that work at the competitor are not supported, insights collected for blog posts are often incomplete and unhelpful, company published a new blog on several webpages with no distillation of the blog, Slack and Hubspot integration are lackluster with limited options. Their pricing model nickel and dimes for adding additional competitors or having the ability for more people to see battlecards.
It's a small issue, but with some of our competitors we get bad data from their parent companies. The tool is flexible enough to allow us to filter it out though.
