you can't get through to anyone! for a company that deals with security breaches, surely being able to get through and talk to someone about an issue should be the most important aspect. But I've been on hold for over half an hour on 3 occasions. When i did get through, the lady said their system was down so she couldn't see my account... for a security website?! She said someone would call back, of course, no body has called back and now I cant get through to anyone . This is absolutely terrible customer service , it's non existent. And yet no one follows up by phone call or email. So what is the customer supposed to do? I only need them to confirm my email, but the one agent I did speak to, isn't able to even do that.
