1. It has limited advanced features. If you need deep analytics or very detailed customization , it feels little basic. 2. Sometimes the system feels a bit slow when loading bigger data sets . Not always , but it happens. 3. Customer support response can be better. They do reply , but sometimes it takes more time than expected.
