We are business to business focused (not consumer). Based on this scope we do not need a lot of value added services. However our customer profile is global - the K+N offering our International network and their support and service is excellent (including managing and closing out issues as they arise).

Kuehne + Nagel International Logistics Services provides me with their extensive network of transportation services needed for worldwide logistics support. Even if their tracking service functions properly, the customer service problems raise operational hurdles for us.
