Overall experience with Kyndryl DC services has been great. Kyndryl operates best when the objective is stability at scale rather than rapid transformation. In our case, they brought immediate structure to our fragmented datacenter operations. Their presales and solution team engagement is great. Operational team is standardizing processes, improving uptime and tightening governance across legacy and distributed environments. They are good at proactive maintenance with third party capabilities. Where they differentiate is not in flashy innovation but in operational muscle, especially in complex estates that include mainframe, midrange and hybrid infrastructure. They said, they tend to execute what is defined rather than challenge or reimagine it.

The also have the capacity to handle new scope of activities quite easily. The level of Service is very good (SLA are reach). Reporting on all aspects is also quite good (financial and operational). Capacity to adopt our tooling (Alerting, monitoring, backup, ...) Capacity to manage the end to end (Service Management and IPC process).
