HCL onboarded all aspects of our IT Infrastructure and Operations both on-prem and across our multiple cloud providers. The support is excellent, and HCL has, in partnership, driven several datacenter closures and workload migrations to the cloud without issue. the ability to leverage COE's from within the broader HCL organization has resolved issues quickly and provided expert guidance when needed.

HCL is a highly flexible partner providing Midrange Services within our IT environment. Changes to the service are easily discussed and adopted by the team. The changes in the teams set-up then, need reflection in contract as well, which then was not always too easy, as the Legal team, nor any other support team such as HR or Finance from HCL are as flexible as the delivery team. The team itself works self-dependently and according to the standard-operating-procedures. The only reason why not being able to provide a 5-star rating is, because they unfortunately do tend to not think out of the box, or communication between the teams sitting in 1 room together is not happening.
