We liked the transition to their DC in North America. They were good at capacity planning and procuring the servers. They executed the project on time.

Wipro's managed services cover a broad spectrum including data center ops and cloud services. This has allowed our organization to streamline our IT operations and improve our efficiency. Wipro also has a worldwide presence that allows them to provide localized support, which was one of the main reasons we ended up deciding to go with them. They are very adaptable and can cater to both the smaller and larger sides of our organization.

Onboarding process is a little complex and time intensive Limited scalability options with older on-premise systems Rolling out new features and tech improvements usually take longer timelines than expected

They had a lot of issues with the hosting. The availability SLA was missed many times. Their transition of DC from Infocrossing to Wipro caused many issues.

I would have appreciated more transparency in the pricing structure from the get go. The pricing structure can be complex and not very transparent. The same goes for their offerings. It can be overwhelming and hard to understand all of the different service tiers they offer.
