I really like the real time notifications sent when the lead visits the website allowing the users to promptly engage with the prospective customers.

The ability to track and analyze website visitor behavior, providing us valuable insights into potential leads. Its user friendly interface allowing our non technical team members to navigate effortlessly. The real time notification feature helping to leading the increased efficiency.

Steep learning curve: Initially it can be challenging to navigate and fully utilize all the features. Limited customization: The ability to customize the dashboards is somewhat restricted. Integration Issues: Occasionally there are minor glitches when integrating with certain CRM systems.
