Before implementing it, we were dealing with fragmented workflows and a lot of time wasted chasing approvals or managing version control. The onboarding process was pretty smooth, and the customer support team has been responsive and helpful. The platform is user-friendly, and our legal and commercial teams were able to get value from it quickly. There were a few limitations around customisation initially, but the team has been actively releasing improvements.
