The ability to profile documents for easy searching later is something my users take advantage of daily. They can profile these documents to get down to very specific details, from who created the document to who typed up the document.
Nothing. When we purchased it they kept extolling its ability to permit collaboration on the same document by many people at different locations; unfortunately, that's not something I (or probably anyone in my office) does so maybe it works for that but that's irrelevant for us.
I very much enjoyed the security, cloud based infrastructure, and ease of client to external collaborator portals that can be setup securely.
With great integration comes some complexities that many of our users cannot overcome. We are getting a lot of repeat issues regarding ndClick. Many of our users struggle logging back into the service as the I want to use my company login is buried under several different links.
I deal with massive amount of files and it relies on you to know the names of the files, spell them correctly OR know the quirky way someone else entered the name. The old look through the list system was immensely better. I waste half my time looking for things. It gives you suggested places to save emails but sometimes those look like the right place and they're not.
The pricing wasn't always as transparent and with a large MAC userbase it was a bit more limited. Search functionality also needs a bit of a tune up.

Efficient Document Management with NetDocuments
NetDocuments is excellent. It is efficient in terms of document management and is intuitive for users. Its integration with other software such as DocuSign is both practical and effective. The ability to edit online is also remarkable. I think the only limitation is integration with hand-held devices and that depends more on the admin side than on the software side - otherwise I think it is probably excellent there as well. I am so impressed!
