I like that it monitors and gives me an analysis. Sometimes the human eye has a better chance catching outliers than a computer solution.

Time spent by Castra to gain a deep understanding of our network is unparalleled, in my experience by any other MSSP.

Nothing to dislike, Castra is an excellent SOC.

The only time I had any contact with the company was when they tried to sell me something or get me to upgrade services. Almost impossible to get anyone to help you otherwise.
