It is really easy to use and have many features. The VPN is very stable and secure, you can connect to your work at any time.

1) It's easy to quickly provision a device for a user. 2) Devices are protected with MaaS360 policies and restricted to our accounts, even after the device is completely wipe or factory reset - this makes them useless to thieves. 3) I like that we have our own application catalog and it's easy to push-install required apps without the user needing to do anything.
Some time you when you change some policies you neet to wait for a moment to apply the policies to all devices.

A few areas of improvement would be: 1) Pushing iOS updates to devices never seems to reliably work. The user is still required to enter their PIN and accept the terms of condition in some cases before installing. I wish it was easier for MaaS360 handle these things and automatically start to complete the update. 2) Android phones that have been restarted do not start the MaaS360 services until the user logs in. This prevents the ability to remotely wipe a device until the user logs in. Maybe this is an Android OS limitation, but this also prevents the ability to reset a PIN and have the device accept it. In a couple of instances, an Android phone needed to be factory reset from the Android recovery mode and redeployed to the user. 3) Would be nice if there was an included web filter that would block access to certain categories of web sites (like pornography, hate sites, weapons, malicious sites and services, etc.) and to block access to certain web sites by IP or URL across all apps/services. While it's possible to block certain URLs it only works on Android with the Google Chrome app - other browsers can circumvent this. On iOS it is easier to do this, but not perfect.

It is a good MDM solution however there has been constant issues with Maas360 notification on the phones (specifically on iOS) devices. Solution is OK. The support is a pain
UEM solution has all the features we need. And I highly appreciate the Trusteer integration The only issue I have is the quality of support: they have changed it to the email communications with the AD, instead of direct communications with support operator.
