Vendor has made improvements in partnering with us to meet our needs. Initial implementation was too heavily customized. Vendor accommodated every request with little resistance, and we made too many requests to customize. We're paying a price now. Vendor cares and tries hard, but delivery is not always there - quality suffers at times due to a lack of skills, documentation, and high caliber software delivery services.

    Majesco - Attentive business partner committed to customer service

    Majesco is an attentive business partner dedicated to a positive customer experience. The siloed verticals of billing, policy and testing do create some loss of synergy but in the end our policy system has had a successful implementation. Our underwriting staff considers the new new platform a significant upgrade that will allows us to successfully grow our book and provide elevated levels of customer service.
