The easy setup, good best practice videos and English support are very helpful.

The speed of deployment when you start form AWS marketplace, the way it integrates with AD, supporting several forests, it support for both desktop and mobile experiences

Its ease of configuration and tool management, in addition to its large number of integrations.

Update process via batch files, integrations to other software is sometimes difficult

The support, it is difficult to make them understand the real issue, the lack of integration out of the box with AWS LB, even when they sell it in their marketplace, and that you can't provide for some flows the same experience for desktop and mobile

Some menus that should be together are in other tabs, but it is still easy to manage the tool
