Easy to use, strong security features and excellent centralized management seecurity platform
Solid product for the price if your looking to configure and control access to specific resource/passwords.
First, an intuitive interface for managing passwords and privileged accounts. Helps simplify administration and ensures security policies are enforced. Encrypted password storage and granular access control.
Some advanced settings require extra configuration, updates can take time to plan, and certain integrations may need fine-tuning.
Updating this product is not a good experience and always requires additional steps not outlined in the documentation. For example, I had to alter all my tables, keys, and procedures to a specific schema just to proceed and successfully apply an update (minor update of 1300 to 13100). None of this is outlined in the documentation for upgrading and I had to find the error in the 'Update Manager logs.
The initial setup took longer than I would have liked. Some parts of the system feel a little slow. The customization of the environment doesn't always fit what I need.
