The features which are praiseworthy in the product are : a) Identification and reporting of at risk students using data extrapolation b) Dropout prediction of the incoming admission year students also help in improving the services of the organization by identifying their concerns and mapping to the functional unit of the organization c) The provision of Student leave management is also well thought off and highly efficient.

The service allows for input of sufficient useful data that makes it easy to consolidate various data points into one place.

The features I liked most about are : 1. Effective mapping of curriculum with the credits of the program providing the administrator an eagle eye view of the overall coverage and performance 2. Ability to see in-depth information about the student using various engagement metrics 3. Predictive analytics like dropout prediction, eligibility qualification for detention etc.

The scalability provision of the software does not have any sound testaments so far as the current clientele of the product does not involve more than 50k users. Further, there are certain modules which are highly functional individually but their cross functional domains have not been put to use much. The cross functional domains can provide some unique selling points for the product and thus can also provide real business values to its users.

The inability to cross integrate the various different modules offered.

Integration of various individual modules provides insights which are very beneficial for a business organization, but the same is missing in the product. Incorporating better intra module connectivity and insight generation may help in providing richer insights to the customers.
