It gives us seamless integration with a legacy as well as future system assets. It's can easily manage the properties and equipment. By this the exclusive feature is to manage time management and asset management. Ticket creation is good and creating multiple tickets same time is a good quality. It is good and comprehensive analytical.
Maximo Using I am able to track anything from large plant machinery to IT equipment which I have so I get a good picture of the assets that I can also create work orders easily and assign technicians to track the progress of maintenance easily.

It is difficult to deploy its services without external vendor consultancy services. It frequently required support and services from IBM which can impact client o his performance and financial burden too. Lack of advance and analytical system. It has no auto save functionality. Less capability building.
Navigating between different Maximo applications to get information is not very intuitive. For example, to merge preventive maintenance information with inventory control information, one has to manually manipulate this, which hampers timely decision making.
