1 - Mendix has completely changed how fast we can create and launch apps. What once took months to complete now it takes just weeks which is the great performance change. 2 - One of the best things is how Mendix brings together our tech teams and business users. All the members in my project can see how the progress is going on and in which part more members need to concentrate, which gives us the 100% transparency. 3 - When we've run into problems, we tried to reach Mendix community and support team, they are supportive and give their 100% to solve the issue in less time

The platform enables fast software development. However, things get more challenging while scaling within a biggger organisation. If development is not done consistent through apps maintainability gets more difficult over time with more developers getting involved.
