1 - The environment allows us to create complex applications in a much shorter time compared to traditional coding. whatever the idea we have in our mind , with that we can create an application in much faster way. 2 - Even people without much coding experience can perform well and create a big impact in making the app development success with 100% accuracy. The drag-and-drop features along with ready-made templates is so much useful and it's easy to use, while still giving experienced developers the flexibility to make custom changes and add new features. 3 - Mendix does more than just help build apps, It covers everything from development to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance which is a great help for the team who is starting with fresh mavericks and few seniors.

The easiness of deployment pipelines through environments and apps.

What I like most is how Mendix brings business and IT together. Visual development tools make it easy to build Apps quickly, even with input from non-technical users. It really speeds up without sacrificing quality.

1 - While the basic tools are simple to learn, but more complex features and custom setups takes a lot of time and energy. 2 - As we grow and add more users or environments, the cost of licenses can become large, especially for smaller teams. It's a strong platform, but you need to plan your growth carefully to avoid over burden in terms of money. 3 - Although Mendix is very flexible, there are times when creating very specific or detailed custom designs requires extra effort.

Over the years updates seem less consistent. e.g. seems like fundamental stuff sometimes breaks within the modeler. Also the modelers became very unstable crashing multiple times per day with heavy use.

At times it feels like some of the documentation can be inconsistent, which makes it harder to troubleshoot at times. Also, a few integrations and advanced features feel a bit limited without customer development.
