It's easy to use from a developer perspective as well as from a company admin side. Training materials and good community which helps solve issues or doubts.

Lack of built in quality/security review tools which are needed once usage of the platform grows. Each app starts from a template which we can create but once we update that template there is no way to upgrade apps which were already created with it in the past.

Over the years updates seem less consistent. e.g. seems like fundamental stuff sometimes breaks within the modeler. Also the modelers became very unstable crashing multiple times per day with heavy use.
