I have very satisfactory experience with this platform so far. I can do a great job through its user-friendly interface. It gives easy access to its tools for the ease of its users. It has a very simple and easy setup. Besides the fact, that it is a non-technical platform but still it comprises the best features. It helps in performing different marketing strategies by keeping in view the demand and behavior of a customer for better understanding.

The message point tool is great to work in and make updates as needed. The team is helpful with cases for minor questions and issues. When there is an major issues or items to be escalated responses are not always received timely or we may need to escalate within the MP Team. Also, once issue is resolved and there is a request for root cause and corrective actions the details are vague and a better understanding is needed. Overall the team is very friendly and easy to work with.
