The security features are strong and give confidence when handling large numbers of connected devices. It also offers enough flexibility to support different use cases without feeling too restrictive.

Here are some points which I think we choose a sevice proder for this as Scalability, MS cloud integration, a good device management and best security practices.
Azure IOT initial setup and learning curve, which can feel overwhelming for new users. Some features are not very intuitive at first and require time to understand. Occasionally, troublrshoot issues means digging through a lot of documentation.
missing knowledge, difficult to debug, lack of support
Aha most dislike is the price and then the complexity of design. Firmware Updates and deployment, sometimes takes too much time and it's not good.
