There are many things that I like the most and some of them are given below: 1. First and foremost is that of its integration with the Azure ecosystem that paraphrases and speeds up the AI project development. 2. Now the second is of scalability means as the data increases it becomes suitable, and it is best for large scale industries as well. 3. Now last but not least for real time decision making it provides edge deployment.
API is working as expected, also integration with Azure credentials sdk and other tools made our development much faster and operative quickly. New models are included frequently which is very important for the current evolution of AI. As a third point i can say that is great that it includes multiple models, image, text, speech and all you need in one single resource in Azure.
Overall, I am very pleased with the decision to use Microsoft Azure AI Foundry. The product has helped our organisation to rapidly accelerate the development of various Artificial Intelligence use-cases. We were able to develop a text-based agent using one of the latest LLM models and managed to get the agent deployed to production within a month. Our use-case is to predict the future purchase behaviour of our customers based on their raised customer service cases and previous purchases. Our developers are very happy with the product and I have noticed a vast improvement in terms of usability and capability.
There are certainly some drawbacks and some of them are given below : 1. Firstly, it is very complex in nature for beginners so that it requires a quite heavy amount of training and that incurs cost. 2. Because of its complexity, customers have to face performance decrement, and they may encounter latency. 3. The limited expansion of community support is very limited, which makes problem solving time sluggish and makes the system fully dependable. 4. Now lastly there is a limitation in customization that the customer is facing issues against other tools.
As mentioned in the discussion, during the implementation in our platform we faced that some of the resources that we needed to create were not yet available in the azure provider for terraform. We discussed with the support teams and we finally had to deploy it using scripts, which is not a best practice and duplicated the work we have to do in the future. As a user I think the UI can be improved, it looks very poor and not responsive enough.
There is nothing I don't like about Azure AI Foundry - it's a truly impressive piece of software.

The tool is working fine, however we faced that azure rm provider is still not fully ready for implementing everything using IaC. Also the User Interface can be improved since for me it is a bit poor and some messages received in the chat are very hard to understand.
