Search works pretty well on files in the ecosystem. AI search tools are powerful in helping parse the various documents and files each user has access to. My only complaint is that the search doesn't work well for on-prem or legacy file shares. We can't move to SharePoint just yet, so we are unable to take full advantage of the search.
