MIRAKL teams are always on top of things and the designs are always well-thought out to suit marketplace best practices/standards. Some key contributing factors for this is: - MIRAKL Catalog Management (MCM) which enables us to stay on top of our 3P data is a key player for driving our business in a seamless and controlled way. - The shipping grid. MIRAKL enables a partner/seller to configure different shipping fees based on parcel size (logistics class) and shipping zone. This truly enable our seller to be flexible with offering multiple different delivery methods. - The constant stability. The uptime of the MIRAKL platform has been sublime, we have had virtually no business impact from any downtime or similar activities. Even during peak periods such as Black Friday, the platform continues to deliver extremely stable operations with speed.

- The solution is somewhat limited as to what customisation can be made by the customer. It covers the marketplace best practices which of course is critical but in some areas we would like more customisation of the platform. - The platform would be more useful if it had a stronger module for supporting return flows. For example, a return fee and return grid similar to the shipping grid that is available. - The platform would be even more useful if it could support further logic for splitting costs between the operator and the seller. For example in the case of a promotion where maybe the cost should be split equally between the seller and operator at the point of sale. Some more customisation in this area would be beneficial. - The platform would be even more useful if it could collect events from carriers to provide order status updates inside the portal to the seller and operator to also track the order towards the end customer.
Majority of 'development' is to support B2C segments
