Where features are not available, it is straightforward to integrate or build external support. VTEX has supported our process with patience and deep technical support, alongside our trusted integration partner. The business has an enthusiasm for success that is unmatched.

The tool itself performs adequately in most cases. However the customizations implemented by the official partner presents multiple inconsistences. These issues can't be resolved by either the vendor or the partner, which means that we are required to operate with unresolved limitations

One of its strengths is its composable and modular approch, wich allows the platform to evolve progressively without structural rigidity. In environments with extensive store networks, its omnichannel cababilities are well structured and designed for scalability.

It's a solid product that continues to grow and mature. Some of the features we desired are still on the future roadmap. DevOps automated deployment is still maturing.

Its nativelycloud-based, API first architecture enables effective integration with core enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, POS and data platforms, facilitating a truly end-to-end digital ecosistem.

Overall, our experience with Vtex has been very positive. We particularly appreciate the high level of customisation available and the relatively contained licensing costs, which make the platform competitive. However, we are less satisfied with the legacy storefront support, especially when compared to fontend performance. System integration is becoming very extensive at our maturity stage impacting significantly customisation costs, which might be a challenge for the feature.

The VTEX team has been easy to deal with regarding contract renewals and negotiations. Their customer success team that is assigned to us is helpful, often we don't receive a full explanation of what is happening when we submit a ticket and the issue is corrected.
