The team that helped with our line management (implementation manager, expense management expert, and delivery manager) was professional, proficient, and very good with communication. They helped us optimize our services and billing with the carriers, which is exactly why we sought out brightfin's help in the first place. The UEM team helped us transition from one mobile device management system to another by walking us through the portal and showing us how to program our devices.

The dashboards and portals were SO full of information that it was initially overwhelming and not easy to follow. Our representatives were helpful in answering questions about it, though. At times the team that helped us with UEM was difficult to get in touch with - we had to reach out to them to strike up communication. While they did get back to us almost every time, we had just expected more communication based on our initial calls with the sales team.
