“A company that is improving”
Brightfin definitely has a lot of room for improvement. Their company is segmented into different departments and as far as I can tell the 2 departments I primarily work with have no communication with each other. I have asked Brightfin to tell their team certain instructions when they are dealing with their users several times and to this day technicians are still giving incorrect instructions to our users and causing problems. That being said, their deployment team has improved a lot and now I see almost no issues with how Brightfin kits our devices. They are also pretty good about getting devices out to us when we need them in a timely fashion despite the current world shipping restraints. When I have voiced my issues with their company they have been really great about opening a dialogue and trying to fix the issues. All in all, I've seen a lot of improvements in the company over the past year or so but they still have a ways to go.
