    Excellent product, exceptional people. Moveworks has built a platform that enables professional support resolution across organizations of any size. The product set helps the end user in a personified and comfortable way, the admin set up and analytics are fantastic tools for our team to configure and parse the interactions our users have with our bot. However, the interactions I have had with Moveworks staff have really driven the positive experience rating. Helpful, hardworking, caring, with a genuine drive to connect and understand our business goals and help us achieve them.

    Moveworks has enhanced our self-service chatbot capabilities, delivering exceptional value with minimal implementation effort. The ease of setup for our bot allowed our organization to quickly integrate our systems with Moveworks which streamlined our first line of support for finding knowledge in ServiceNow or across SharePoint. If the user is not able to self-serve, then Moveworks integrations with ServiceNow enable precise ticket creation to the correct group. One of the standout features of Moveworks is the continuous development and innovation from their engineering teams. The product roadmap is consistently forward-thinking, introducing new capabilities that keep our company ahead of the curve. Their commitment to innovation with their Creator Studio product has enabled us to add custom integrations that have enabled our organization. Our bot has proven to be highly effective by having over 80% bot first rate and resolving over 40% of customer issues from the bot. This has helped to reduce the workload on IT, allowing the teams to focus on higher level tasks. Overall Moveworks and Mia have been a game changer for our ITSM strategy.

    The product's new Agentic Automation capability is fantastic, and I'm thrilled I don't have to use an additional iPaaS, which was one of our biggest headaches prior to its launch. I'm looking forward to seeing Python and Generative AI being used to speed up the plugin creation. The community is helpful, the knowledge repository and video guides continue to improve and expand.

I like how powerful and convenient this tool is to use and configure.

The support team was trying their best to help us during the onboarding phase.

A simple, quick and effective go-to-person whenever I have an IT or HR question . The great part is that it's always available never taking a vacation :). It's quick and time saving compared to opening a ticket, waiting or even searching through the company portal. It works great even if I have spelling errors or context in another language.

Dislike

There is a steep learning curve as this tool has many functionalities. I have been using this for a while and I still don't understand 50% of the functions. Very powerful though.

We had to go over hundreds of KBs and rewrite them following specific templates so they can be read by the bot.

No big issues. I'm just getting used to the context and queries. I thought it already had data and knows about me like my role, where i am located, my tenure etc with the company. Something like that added to their knowledge would be handy while answering the queries.
