A simple, quick and effective go-to-person whenever I have an IT or HR question . The great part is that it's always available never taking a vacation :). It's quick and time saving compared to opening a ticket, waiting or even searching through the company portal. It works great even if I have spelling errors or context in another language.
The support team was trying their best to help us during the onboarding phase.
Moveworks has allowed us to build a Tier 0 support route that lives in Slack, where our employees spend their time. This has not only resulted in a higher amount of self service and resolution, but has also improved our intake process with our bot's ability to assist users in opening incidents, requests, and cases from within Slack. Moveworks solves the challenges of instituting a search-first culture by proactively searching and delivering on behalf of the end user.
No big issues. I'm just getting used to the context and queries. I thought it already had data and knows about me like my role, where i am located, my tenure etc with the company. Something like that added to their knowledge would be handy while answering the queries.
We had to go over hundreds of KBs and rewrite them following specific templates so they can be read by the bot.
- The rapid growth of Moveworks product set and capabilities (to keep up with the AI market in general) is both a benefit and a challenge. Keeping track of functionality, features, SKUs, is something that is occasionally confusing as an admin of the platform. - The experience with our account team differs from the experience with Moveworks support. Our account team(s) have been fantastic. The Support portal and experience is perhaps more average. No specific complaints, but it doesn't feel aligned with the rest of the company. - The administration of our bot has historically been more of a challenge, as many elements were only able to be altered by Moveworks itself, rather than via an admin portal. This is a complaint that is increasingly less applicable. Moveworks Setup has matured dramatically and our ability to self-administer is better than ever.
