It is so easy it is to install the transponder. I can track every vehicle in our fleet real time. It has helped me locate vehicles that were missing and/or stolen. I use it to conduct speeding and harsh driving reports. Due these accurate reports we are able to hold drivers accountable and curb bad driving habits while encouraging good driver behavior. The reporting capabilities were excellent. Operations team helped whenever I had an issue, they sent in depth report we asked for and went above and beyond.
The easy of use, the software was integrated with the existing ERP system and it was able to be integrated with other tracking systems if needed.
The GPS transponder coming unplugged a lot which has been an ongoing issue. The speed limits being incorrect and causing the driver to get flagged for speeding but in reality wasn't speeding. The transponder signaling that it was on and connected but not updating the mileage correctly once in motion. Sometimes the vin wouldn't load correctly.
The data was not accurate, configuring the geolocation was difficult and it wasn't a complete product that atleast we needed for the fleet

The initial setup was easy, the software at the time seemed to be ideal for what we were looking for but as time progressed it didn't seem to provide the most accurate information.
