Deciding Factors: NetApp AFF A-Series Vs. Market Average

NetApp AFF A-Series Likes & Dislikes

Like

Independently of the type of workload it offers great capabilities, and its own managing Os. Focused on minimizing the latency, and providing redundancy on their own appliances to make sure the service is continuous. Never experienced it as end user, but if a disk fails they can predict that and act in consequence - which i think is the most valued feature.
