Uptime is pretty reliable; we also have a great user connection experience using Netskope which was a problem we faced before with other vendors. Support has been awesome to work with, although there is still some room for improvement in streamlining the support process. We are also able to go into depth on application policy, which is a huge improvement for our security posture, especially as we move into the world of AI. Theres a lot included with the service which really covers a wide set of security use cases we look to cover at my organization

We have been using Netskope One SASE with SD-WAN for quite some time now to support our distributed users and branch locations. Our overall experience has been positive. The biggest benefit has been better visibility and control. Previously, troubleshooting user issues used to take a lot of back and forth between network and security teams. With Netskope, things are more centralized, so it's easier to see what's happening and where the problem is.
