This could be a great insight into whats going on with the system when you are monitoring.
Some pre-canned reports. Activity reports to review live data. Configurable e-mail notifications tied to specific reports so only the required people receive them.
Scalability, ease of upgrade and industry recognition as an enterprise tool. Auditors and Examiners are familiar with the tool and what it does so it aides in credibility during an audit.
I feel like non stop monitor system to minimizing the audit data loss.
The product is overly complicated, the implementation team did their best but was not knowledgeable enough in the product, multiple features where not working at the end of the implementation project. Support struggled also providing assistance due to lack of knowledge and complexity of the product. Deceiving practices lead to our renewal cost doubling on the first year.
Lack of a URL access to administrative functions. In other words it has a fat client and we would prefer a thin solution for admin access.

Enterprise Level Tool for Data Governance
The implementation seemed a bit slow but we are a massively large environment with many political hoops to go through, so it was to be expected. Professional Services and Consulting will find a way to do pretty much anything you need done. The ability to create customized use cases and content is only limited by your imagination and scripting skills. Upgrades come with vendor support and are really easy to implement. The product seems to continue to evolve with more features, updates and improvements over time. We use Stealth Audit for File Servers to find PII data, FIOA request and recovering data that might have been deleted or moved. This tool has cut the time down to do this type of work on over 40 servers with over 200TB data. The system a lot of configuration we weren't prepared for, but the price is right for it.
The people behind the tool are great, though they may need a few more than they have and we maybe needed someone with a bit more business experience, but great people over all. The product requires a high degree of SQL dev to make it do things that are basic in more expensive tools. Not a solution I would recommend
The product did not live up to its promise. It was a nightmare to implement and maintain due to its complexity. They lost us when they tried to price-gouge us when it was time to renew. Extremely dissatisfied with their deceiving practices.
