Nozomi provides excellent asset mapping and visibility results for our OT/CSP systems. The solution detected all assets together with their communication links and concealed security threats which affected our OT/CSP systems and industrial operations. The solution operates with built-in native OT protocols which enables it to detect anomalies successfully. Lastly, the Nozomi team provides exceptional vendor support through its team of OT/CPS experts.
The best thing about the product is its ease of use and identification / discovery of assets on the OT network, which is usually a problem.
The GUI is very intuitive and does not take long to learn. The graph page is also useful, as strange connections are easy to see and track down. But the service team is my favorite, they are ready to help us out with almost any problem.
Some advanced modules need their own licenses, such as Vantage IQ, Mandiant TI pack, which come at an extra cost for unlocking the advanced analytics and integration features such as CMDB. It also takes work to tune things up. It is taking some time to adjust the alerts so they match our specific operational baselines due to the different OT/CSP environment we have in our organization.
It lacks the capacity to respond to detected threats. Expansion capacity is too costly. The process is not automated.
There have been a few bugs in the system, but once you are aware they don't prevent useful interaction. User, group, and role creation is not modern and some things cannot be changed after first implementation. Alert rules cannot be used to acknowledge, or close, alerts. There is also not a built in ticketing system for managing alerts and vulnerabilities.

Assets, vulnerabilities, and alerts are all shown clearly on the Vantage portal. This makes it easy to see what assets are on the network and the risk they introduce.
