Armis Centrix provides excellent visibility into all of our OT/IoT assets, including devices that are normally hard to track. Its real-time threat detection is accurate, and the risk insights are easy to understand. The dashboard is user-friendly, and the platform integrates smoothly with our existing security tools. The support team is also very responsive and helpful, which makes overall operations easier.
1. There are a lot of different features. The variety of offerings is impressive. 2. I appreciate the amount of out-of-the-box rules, dashboards, etc. it offers. This helped during our initial implementation, and although we found that many of them don't apply specifically to our organization, it is still a benefit to see examples of functionality. 3. Armis is always trying to innovate and figure out the next best thing. They have frequent product updates and our account manager does well at letting us know the new things Armis has released.
What is value most is the unmatched visibility it provides across every device asset , and connection in our environment. The ability to uncover and contextualize risks in real time gives our team the confidence to act decisively .Combined with tits smooth integration into existing workflows and intuitive interface , it feels less like just another tool and more like a strategic partner in our security operations.
There are no major issues. Certain advanced features require a learning curve, and initial tuning is needed to reduce noise in alerts. Apart from these, the overall experience with the platform has been very good.
The alerts feature is limited. I can see the alerts, but sometimes when I try to drill into the details, I'm not even sure what is truly triggering the alert. Alerts can also only be marked as resolved or ignored, with no place to put notes. I have found support to be limited. Our account managers have struggled to effectively communicate and help us improve our implementation. My experiences with technical support have been average. Many of the offerings of the product overlap with other software we utilize. The few unique features were enough to purchase Armis, but we don't always feel that they provide their full value for what we pay.
Overall my experience has been excellent. the only area that could be enhanced is adding even more flexibility in customizing dashboard and reports. Great control over data presentation would make it easier to tailor insights for specific team and use cases building on the already strong visibility the platform provides.

Limited Actionable Insights and Prolonged Onboarding Experience with Armis Deployment
We started using Armis to provide more visibility into our network, however, it is mostly limited to the visibility of the integrations linked with Armis. Much of what we see, we already see with our other tools. Armis doesn't provide us with much actionable data for our organization's needs. We have worked with three different account managers in the 2+ years we've utilized Armis and only one of them truly shone. The other 2 account managers seem to have limited knowledge on real use cases for their product and how to best help us. Even though we've had Armis for a while, it still feels like we're in the onboarding, testing out phase. Armis is a substantial addition to our security stack, especially for healthcare, where unmanaged and clinical devices are everywhere. Agentless discovery quickly surfaced assets we'd missed, and the behavioral profiling/risk scoring gave us a clearer, shared view of exposure with IT, biomed, and security. Integrations with ServiceNow, EDR, and our SIEM make remediation workflows straightforward rather than another swivel-chair exercise. Dashboards are helpful for both engineers and leadership, and the product has been stable. Tuning policies and device fingerprints took some initial effort, and licensing is a premium, but support has been responsive and the roadmap is active. One of the broadest products that covers many areas of IT but at the cost of accuracy.
Our experience has been consistently positive. Response times from PMs and the support team have been fast, and the professional services team has been actively involved in helping us drive development and refine our use cases. The platform has been reliable and has added real visibility into areas we previously couldn't monitor effectively.
