Support from assigned customer success managers and technical account managers continues as long as you are a Claroty customer. This includes regularly scheduled touch points and health checks as well as ad hoc sessions when needed. These people become an extension of your workforce and reach out to bring vulnerabilities etc. to your attention that are important once they get to know your environment.

As a Managed Security Services Provider, we leverage Nozomi Networks' Guardian and Vantage platform for clients in the energy sector, critical infrastructure, mining etc... we look for solutions that are flexible and scalable for our customers, while not compromising the underpinning technology's capabilities for privacy and data confidentiality. While some customers seek to deploy OT Security solutions for compliance, others simply want visibility. The ROI for heightened visibility cannot be metered concretely, however, through years of successful deployments and 24x7 monitoring, we mutually observe its success in volume of alerts to investigate potentially malicious activity. Our customers are continuously renewing and expanding their services with us year over year as a testament to the value they receive by leveraging this platform.

Over the past few months, I have had the chance to work with Darktrace OT, and from a SOC analyst's perspective, it's been a genuinely interesting addition to our security stack. Darktrace already has a strong reputation for its AI-driven threat detection, but seeing how that capability translates into an OT environment has been impressive. What stood out to me right away was the visibility it brings into systems that traditionally operate in the dark. It adds visibility where it's often lacking and enhances early detection in environments where traditional tools struggle.

The vendor (Dragos) clearly demonstrates dedication to the objectives of its product for maintaining secure cyber environments for Public Utilities and potable water systems. Most personnel that staff Public Utilities and rely on Operational Technologies (OT) to provide essential services are insufficiently trained on cyber security measures and unaware of the magnitude of cyber threats. While the Dragos Platform provides a sophisticated and adaptive program to monitor and maintain cyber awareness for Public Utilities, only a small proportion of Public Utility end-users are capable of setting up a cyber surveillance system. Dragos staff recognized this end-user knowledge shortcoming and provided additional custom resources, support groups and security consortia to bridge this gap. The thorough and exceptional security platform offered by Dragos is markedly enhanced by the companys commitment to assuring its most effective use. This depth of support distinguishes the company and its product as truly exceptional.

Product is very good with good service support and the product is also user friendly

Tenable.OT is a candidate for our OT vulnerability management solution after having worked with previous modules. The level of support and communication with the vendor is on a regular cadence and the visibility it can provide into our environment further strengthens our security posture. Matching this with their VPR algorithm and constant research on vulnerabilities, prioritizing the vulnerabilities in a volatile environment can bring ease of stress in remediations. The product has also had significant quality of life updates that continue to help us streamline the information that is most relevant to our enterprise.

Zscaler Deception tool works well in setting up Honeytokens as well as Honeypots within the organisation. They have the capability to create URLs with fake login pages and also have fake credentials planted within servers in case someone tries to reach them. It is really useful in detecting insider threats as well as active threats from outside the organisation.

It provides extensive attack analysis and adequate visibility into attacker's lateral movement.
