What I appreciated most about the service was the team's ability to adapt quickly to the project's complexities while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines. Their flexibility, professionalism, and deep understanding of Adobe AEP made a real difference in the success of the implementation.
1. Sometimes limitations on our side (the client) make it difficult to adopt innovative recommendations from the service provider. 2. The speed at which we (client) work is occasionally slower than that of the service provider. This is fundamentally a good thing, as it encourages us to prioritise our work more effectively, but sometimes this creates challenges and push-back on our side.
