- Created with MSSPs in mind with a 100% focus on partner and channel sales. - Focusing on being a workbench and integrating with the scanners (Do the things you are best on) - Have a broad spectrum of integrations to different scanners and other sources.

Information correlation and organization of the data

Lacks built-in scanning capabilities, but it relies on external scanners.

- Since we are an MSSP we would like to integrate with the tool from all of our tooling. The APIs are lacking some functionality. There are quite a lot of things that we cannot do from the APIs when it comes to automating onboarding/offboarding/maintaining customers. - The structure with projects (sort of a parent-child construct) can be useful, but analysis and actual daily work needs to be done in each project. Not on the parent level. - When working with automations (which is a core function in the product) there is no way to copy an automation from one project to the next, or have automations that you maintain in the parent (=Organization) and have changes propagate to the childs (=the Projects).

The team helping has been "big enough". Meaning that there are not 2 people (indicating a very small vendor), and there are not 15 people (indicating a siloed organization that does not share information). Also an interest in understanding why we want something, not just what, and thereby being able to look at the entire problem we want to solve.

Nucleus Security has been an exceptional partner from the beginning. Of all the vendors we reviewed before selecting, Nucleus provided the best sales and engineering teams for discussions. After purchasing, they offered one of the best onboarding/implementations I've worked with, and the product is easy to use. They continually make improvements, which is excellent, and their support teams are some of the best I've worked with from any vendor. There have been some minor limitations to what can be pulled in and utilized, but in most cases, it is due to limitations on the other vendor's tool rather than within Nucleus. For our needs, they have been great.
